We are based in two places — Tel Aviv, Israel, and Tbilisi, Georgia — and we source and ship watches from both to buyers everywhere. If you have never bought a watch from a seller in another country before, here is what that process actually involves, step by step, with nothing glossed over.
Why source from these two cities at all
Both are active hubs for our sourcing contacts, and being based in each lets us move quickly on a piece the moment it becomes available, rather than working through a longer chain of intermediaries. It also means we can offer something most sellers cannot: meeting a buyer in person and settling in cash, if you happen to be in either city.
If you are in Israel or Georgia
You can meet us directly in Tel Aviv or Tbilisi, inspect the watch in person before paying, and settle in cash if that is what you prefer. Customers in both countries also pay no extra customs duties or import charges beyond the price we quote — the number you agree on is the number you pay.
If you are buying from anywhere else
The process is entirely remote, and it works the same way regardless of which country you are in. You tell us the watch — brand, reference, or just a budget and a feeling — and we search our contacts for it. Once we have a candidate, we send photos and full details before anything is paid for. Once you approve it, a professional watchmaker checks the piece to confirm it is genuine before it ships, which typically takes 10–14 days. From your initial request to delivery at your door, the whole process usually runs 18–26 days.
Shipping, customs, and what you actually pay
Watches ship insured and tracked, by FedEx or UPS — if your country is not served by either, we arrange another express courier and confirm it with you before shipping. Our quoted price does not include customs duty, VAT, or import fees in your destination country; those are set by your own country's rules and are paid by you on arrival, the same as with any import from abroad. We will tell you what to realistically expect before you commit, so there is no surprise at the door.
Payment, wherever you are
PayPal, cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or card all work for remote purchases. If you are meeting us in Tel Aviv or Tbilisi, cash in person is also an option.
What protects you buying this way
The same three things that should protect any watch purchase, wherever the seller is based: independent confirmation the watch is genuine, a real return window if it is not as described, and someone who stands behind the sale afterward. We back every sale with a 30-day return, a full year of our own guarantee on top of whatever manufacturer coverage remains, and a watchmaker's check before anything ships — the same standard whether you are three streets from us in Tel Aviv or on the other side of the world.
If you have a specific watch in mind, tell us what you're looking for and we will tell you honestly what the timeline, shipping, and any import costs will look like for your country before you commit to anything.
