You have 30 days to return it at no cost to you if the watch does not match our description, or if it fails an authenticity test carried out by a laboratory or an authorised service centre. We refund you in full. This covers condition and authenticity, not simply changing your mind about the watch.
Most of that time is the laboratory check, which takes 10–14 days. The rest is sourcing, your confirmation and shipping. We would rather be slow and certain than fast and sorry.
We are not a boutique. There is no showroom, no staff and no display stock — we buy each piece through our own contacts once you ask for it, and pass most of that difference on to you.

That is the main thing we do. The pieces on this page are only what we happen to hold — tell us the brand and reference you want and we will hunt it, whatever it is.
Most pieces come as a full set with their original warranty card, and the year on the card is listed with each watch. Remaining manufacturer coverage depends on that date and on the brand's rules in your country.
Any customs duty, VAT or import fee charged in the destination country is paid by the customer, according to local rules. Customers in Israel and Georgia pay no extra charges — the price we quote you is the price you pay. If you're elsewhere, ask us and we'll tell you what to expect before you commit.
