Every piece is opened and inspected by one of the top watchmakers in the country it comes from, and you receive detailed photos and video afterwards. Because a professional has had it in their hands, we can guarantee 100% that our watches are real.
You have 30 days to return it at no cost to you if the watch does not match our description, or if it fails an authenticity check by a professional watchmaker or an authorised service centre. We refund you in full. This covers condition and authenticity, not simply changing your mind about the watch.
Most of that time is the watchmaker check, which takes 10–14 days. The rest is sourcing, your confirmation and shipping. We would rather be slow and certain than fast and sorry.
Both. Some pieces are brand new and sealed, others are pre-owned — the condition and the warranty card year are listed with every watch. What we never sell is a tired watch: if you are after a pre-owned piece we only hunt the best examples we can find, and we pass on anything with a poor movement, a bad service history or heavy damage.
We are not a boutique. There is no showroom, no staff and no display stock — we buy each piece through our own contacts once you ask for it, and pass most of that difference on to you.
Prices are shown in US dollars and converted to your local currency at the day's exchange rate, so the second figure moves with the market. They cover the watch, the watchmaker check and insured shipping. They do not include customs or import taxes in your country — see the note below.
Yes. You get real photos of the actual piece first, and after it passes authentication you get close-up photos and video of your exact watch. Nothing ships until you approve it.
PayPal, crypto, bank transfer, credit card, or cash in person in Israel and Georgia. Terms depend on the watch and the amount — message us and we will set them out clearly before anything starts.
We are based in Israel (Tel Aviv) and Georgia (Tbilisi). Customers in either country can meet us in person, collect the watch by hand and pay in cash. Everywhere else we ship, insured and documented.
Yes, worldwide. We ship with FedEx or UPS only, fully insured and tracked. If neither carrier serves your country, we find another express courier that does and agree it with you before anything moves. See the note below about import charges in your country.
That is the main thing we do. The pieces on this page are only what we happen to hold — tell us the brand and reference you want and we will hunt it, whatever it is.
We give every watch a free 12-month guarantee from us, even when it arrives with no manufacturer warranty left. It covers mechanical faults that develop on their own — the movement stopping, losing serious time, a winding or chronograph fault. It does not cover damage caused by the owner: water, knocks, scratches, drops, or work done by an unauthorised watchmaker. You send the watch to us for the repair, and the shipping to us is at your cost.
Most pieces come as a full set with their original warranty card, and the year on the card is listed with each watch. Remaining manufacturer coverage depends on that date and on the brand's rules in your country.
Any customs duty, VAT or import fee charged in the destination country is paid by the customer, according to local rules. Customers in Israel and Georgia pay no extra charges — the price we quote you is the price you pay. If you're elsewhere, ask us and we'll tell you what to expect before you commit.
